The pressure cooker is a great ally in Brazilian cooking. If you want to save time and prepare delicious meals for the whole family, the electric version of this appliance can transform your routine. Let's discover why the electric pressure cooker is taking over so many kitchens and how to use it safely.
Unlike conventional pans, electric models like the APS 050 offer advantages that combine practicality and technology:
Faster food preparation
Automatic temperature and pressure control
Less supervision during cooking
Advanced security system
Saving energy and time
The 5-liter capacity is ideal for families, allowing you to prepare everything from everyday beans to more elaborate recipes for special occasions.
Many people are still wary of using pressure cookers. However, modern electric models have protection systems that virtually eliminate these risks:
Automatic pressure control
Thermal protection system
Safety locks on the lid
Pressure relief valves
Automatic shutdown
These features allow you to prepare your meals with peace of mind, without the hassle that traditional pans can cause.
Never fill the pan beyond the recommended limit.
Check that the sealing rubber is in good condition.
Clean safety valves regularly
Let the pressure release naturally
Use the non-stick coating to your advantage, preventing food from sticking
Use silicone cutlery and avoid using metal utensils in your pan.
Besides being practical, a 900W electric pressure cooker can save you money on your electricity bill compared to a conventional stovetop. Faster, more efficient cooking means less time spent cooking and, consequently, lower energy consumption throughout the month.
With the digital display, you can set the exact time for each recipe. The stainless steel finish not only makes your kitchen more beautiful but also ensures greater durability.
